Our Warranty Covers:

• Material or manufacturing defects.
• Re-attachment of charms if jump ring breaks (you will need to send the charm and chain that you'd like re-attached back to us with your own shipping label no need for this if you are coming in store)

Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

• General wear and tear.
• Improper handling or failure to follow the care guide.
• Scratches, chips, or discoloration due to exposure to moisture, chemicals, or air.
• Lost or stolen items or parts.

We provide a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please note that we use delicate materials like gold and silver, which can naturally fade over time with regular wear, moisture, and exposure to air. This natural fading is not considered a manufacturing fault.
