Return Policy

Time Frame:
We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order.

Conditions & Exempt Items

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Watches and Custom charm necklaces from the "Necklace Builder" cannot be returned.
  • Shipping costs and gift packaging fees are non-refundable.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hey@shopemis.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Once we provide the return address, you can arrange for a courier to return the item. We recommend using a tracked service for safety.
  3. If you want to return in store you can disregard these steps and just come on in!

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take up to 6 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you’ll need to return your order and place a new one.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed postal service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Faulty Items
If you’ve received a defective item, we sincerely apologize. Please email us with photographic or video evidence of the defect, and we’ll assist with a free return or replacement.

All our pieces are quality-checked and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
