Return Policy
Time Frame:
We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order.
Conditions & Exempt Items
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Watches and Custom charm necklaces from the "Necklace Builder" cannot be returned.
- Shipping costs and gift packaging fees are non-refundable.
How to Return
- Email us at hey@shopemis.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once we provide the return address, you can arrange for a courier to return the item. We recommend using a tracked service for safety.
- If you want to return in store you can disregard these steps and just come on in!
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Depending on your bank, it may take up to 6 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you’ll need to return your order and place a new one.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed postal service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Faulty Items
If you’ve received a defective item, we sincerely apologize. Please email us with photographic or video evidence of the defect, and we’ll assist with a free return or replacement.
