Every order is thoughtfully crafted and packed by Emi within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). For handmade pieces—like custom charm necklaces—please allow 1–3 business days for creation and dispatch.

All packages are shipped via USPS using a tracked service. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A second email with tracking details will be sent as soon as your order is on its way.

Be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that once your parcel has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, we are no longer responsible for any loss, delay, or damage that may occur during transit. For this reason, we highly recommend choosing a tracked delivery service to ensure peace of mind.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct and complete delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held liable for undelivered parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details. If your parcel is returned to With Lyberty due to an addressing error, we will gladly arrange a refund or re-delivery once the parcel has been received back at our office. Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded, and a re-delivery charge will apply.

Unfortunately, we are unable to update delivery addresses or intervene with packages once they’ve been dispatched.

To arrange a refund or re-delivery, please contact us via email at hey@shopemis.com and include your order number. Refunds or re-shipments can only be processed once the package has been returned to us. Please be aware that returns from couriers may take up to 30 days to arrive.
